Computational Designer — Artificial Dimension
About
Evan Levy is a computational designer and elite endurance athlete whose practice sits between construction, computation, and the human questions that drive both. After years of focused work approaching AI as a design medium, he founded Artificial Dimension as a studio and research platform dedicated to understanding the inner workings and cultural evolution of these systems — drawing on Vilém Flusser's writing on the technical image to frame AI as the next revolution in how we picture and build the world. Current research directions include a forthcoming submission to ACADIA on natural-language geometry compilation, ongoing work on deterministic design pipelines for production architecture, and a workshop in development for architects entering AI-native practice and the emerging vibetect culture. Evan is online daily and always open to connect.
Artificial Dimension builds systems for computable spatial intelligence across architecture, geometry, media, and AI-assisted workflows.
